PDB Ecological Services Pty Ltd provides Koala Spotter and Fauna Spotter Catcher services including Pre-clearance Fauna Inspections and Certification.
Experienced Ecologists provide Ecological Assessment, Protected Plant and Noxious Weed Surveys, Fauna Surveys and Nest Box Installation and Monitoring services to all industries within Queensland and interstate.
We also provide Field Environmental Advisor/QC services to the seismic survey industry
PROJECTS
PDB Ecologists and Fauna Consultants have worked on a range of projects around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, throughout Queensland and around Australia.
We have extensive experience throughout the western Queensland gas fields as well as major mining and linear infrastructure projects including railway corridors, gas pipelines and road infrastructure.
ABOUT US
PDB Ecological Services Pty Ltd has been operating since 2014, providing Ecologists, Koala Spotters and Fauna Spotter-catchers. PDB is led by Principal Ecologist Peter Black (BSc. AES, Dip Bus, MEIANZ). Peter has 20 years of experience in the ecological industry in State government, private consulting and working directly with mining and land development clients.
All PDB ecologists are recognised as "suitably qualified" by the Commonwealth for flora and fauna surveys and development of management plans; as well as recognised by the State government as suitably qualified to co-ordinate and lead flora surveys under the Flora Survey Guidelines - Protected Plants.
